Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging intact. Because our products are consumable pet supplements, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email support@octabrands.co with a photo or short video of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement. Replacements cannot be issued without visual proof.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or discounted orders (final sale)

  • Subscription renewals

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and is limited to one unit per customer or household. To start a claim, contact us at support@octabrands.co with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable.
