What payment options do you accept? +

What is your return policy? +

We work hard to create healthy, delicious longevity supplement treats your pets will love—and we stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of your order date. If you ordered through our website, just email support@octapets.com to start your return. Our customer care team will provide the return address and instructions. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please note: we can only refund the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Will there be shipping delays during the holidays? +

During statutory holidays and the busy winter season, processing and shipping times may take a little longer than usual. Our team works hard to get every order out as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience during peak times!
